Dental Hygienist (RDH) โ€“ Denver, CO

Dewitt Dental Associates, a well-established private practice located in the desirable Cherry Creek area of Denver, CO, is seeking a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a positive, supportive, and team-oriented environment.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 3 to 4 days per week
  • 8:30 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform dental cleanings, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing
  • Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
  • Take and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays) in compliance with regulations
  • Administer preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants
  • Identify signs of oral disease and communicate findings to the dentist
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Review treatment plans and reinforce recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
  • Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow

Requirements

  • Active Dental Hygienist license in Colorado
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience performing SRP
  • Experience with Perio laser and Arestin preferred
  • Familiarity with Eaglesoft preferred
  • Ability to administer local anesthesia

Pay & Compensation

  • $65 to $70 per hour, based on experience
