Job description

We’re looking for a Technical Data Reviewer who’s excited to support data accuracy, organization, and accessibility across our engineering and operations teams. In this role, you’ll help maintain up-to-date technical records, including test reports, assist with data entry and analysis, and ensure critical information flows smoothly to support project planning, execution, and reporting. If you have a knack for streamlining data processes, enjoy working with details, and want to play a key role in driving operational efficiency and informed decision-making, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date test reports.
  • Maintain databases, systems, and tools for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Analyze technical data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies, security standards, and industry regulations.
  • Train and support team members on proper data handling and system usage.
  • Lead efforts to digitize and modernize data management practices.
  • Support client reporting and documentation needs with timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for audits and reviews related to technical data.
  • Additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
The Experience We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, information management, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in technical data management, database administration, or a similar role, preferably in the utilities, industrial, or critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Proficiency in data management systems, software tools (e.g., SQL, SAP, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization platforms (e.g., PowerDb).
  • Strong understanding of technical documentation, schematics, equipment specifications, and industry best practices for data governance and security.
  • Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., NERC CIP, OSHA, or ISO standards).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a strong customer focus and the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills, demonstrating a capacity for managing multiple priorities and driving project success.
