Chemist - Quality Control I
Los Angeles, CA, United States req31958 1st Shift
What you will enjoy doing*
  • You will perform routine analytical procedures on pure and mixed gases and utilize or adapt standard methods of procedure for gas analysis
  • You will run mixture calculations for routine mixtures and potentially create specialty gas mixtures according to customer specifications and generate certificates of analysis for pure products and mixtures
  • This role will require you to test cylinders for safety and fill them to required specifications following routine procedures, and coordinate electronic analytical tests to ensure gas mixtures meet customer requirements
  • Assist with the evaluation of medical gases for FDA compliance before delivery
    Set up and calibrate testing equipment to required standards and maintain lab conditions
