Job Description Chemical Operator Location: St. Louis, MO Schedule: 3rd Shift (11:30 PM - 8:00 AM) Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Compensation: Starting at $20.00/hour (Based on experience) About the Opportunity CPAY Staffing & Recruiting is seeking dependable, safety-focused Chemical Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in the St. Louis area

The ideal candidate will have experience working with raw materials, blending and mixing operations, GMP standards, and detailed production documentation while maintaining strict quality and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Production & Chemical Processing Accurately weigh, measure, and blend raw materials according to production formulas. Operate mixing, blending, and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the manufacturing process. Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintain a clean production environment. Quality & Documentation Complete production records accurately and thoroughly.

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA compliance standards. Maintain strict documentation for all manufacturing activities. Identify and report production issues or quality concerns immediately.

Assist with inventory and material tracking when needed. Safety & Compliance Work safely in a sterile manufacturing environment. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including: Lab coat Safety goggles Hair net Boot covers Gloves Additional PPE as required Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements. Qualifications We're looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following: Pharmaceutical manufacturing Food manufacturing Chemical manufacturing Mixing and blending operations Machine operation in a manufacturing environment GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) FDA-regulated manufacturing Sterile production environments Production documentation and recordkeeping Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified) Experience handling raw materials Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written procedures precisely Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Frequently lift up to 50 pounds Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Wear required PPE throughout the workday Schedule & Overtime Available Shifts: 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM Shifts may range from 8 to 12 hours, depending on production needs.
