Job description

We are seeking an energetic Facility Operations Supervisor to lead our production-driven, safety-conscious team in Dolton, IL. We are seeking an energetic Facility Operations Supervisor to lead our production-driven, safety-conscious team in Dolton, IL. Oversight of Solvent Process operators and Liquid Transfer operators. A team of up to 5 people and resolving off-spec issues. Oversight of nighttime production recycling operations.  Oversight of Tanker management for inbound and outbound loads.   We are looking for a leader who is not afraid to step in and make chemical Blends as needed. 
 
Shift: Nights 6pm-6am (3/2 split schedule)
 
Pay: $80K-$90K DOE

  • Proficiency in multiple site-specific plant operations.  It is not a desk job on the floor with the guys.
