THE ROLE

Entegris is currently seeking aProcessDevelopmentEngineeringManagertoleadourNew ProductProcessDevelopmentEngineeringteam. This position will be basedinourBurnetTXfacility.

In this role, you willberesponsible forprocessscale up anddeployment ofnew materialsused inadvanced nodes for the semiconductor industry. You will lead a team of cross-functional engineersand technicianswho partner with New Product chemistsandmanufacturingteamsto develop purification processes. The ideal candidate willexhibitthe ability to successfully work across levels in a global, fast-paced, continuous improvement environment focused on safety, quality, statistical processcontrolsand equipment reliability. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and own safety culture withinthe developmentengineering team
  • Collaboratewithproduct management,researchand engineering teams to meet phase gate commitments
  • Own project management deliverables for NPD processes
  • Integrate new products into the global factory environments
  • Support critical continuous improvement processes for NPD and manufacturing
  • Create, manage,andvalidatethe deliverables from product development to sources of supply.
  • Develop performance metrics focused on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and process performance.
  • Participate inestablishing, validating,and execution of the supply chain design
  • Use of structured problem-solving techniques
  • Lead, inspire and coach the professional development of the New Product Engineering Team.
  • Manage change through cross-functional partnering in a global environment
  • Ability to travel 15% both domestically and internationally.

WHAT WE SEEK

  • B.S. or higher in Chemical Engineering (Master'spreferred)
  • Minimum10yearsofengineering experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
  • Knowledge ofsemiconductoror relatedhigh purity chemicalindustryis a plus
  • Experience using process simulation and modeling tools to support chemical process design, scale-up, optimization, and technology transfer (e.g., Aspen, ChemCAD, COMSOL, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate modeling insights into robust, manufacturable processes in a high-purity or advanced materials environment
  • Experience with PLM systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and engineering change management
  • Experience with manufacturing process development, design analysis, optimization, value analysis, and strategic project management.(DFSS/DFM)
  • Background in developing manufacturing requirements for global product introduction
  • Experience working within a global, multicultural organization
  • Proven ability to scale new manufacturing processes
  • Demonstrated continuous improvementresultsonaglobal level.
  • Ability to influence leadership at all levels.
  • Expertisein developing and executing strategicplans.
