Der EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) verandert grundlegend, wie wir Software in der R&D-Organisation entwickeln und ausliefern. Um diese Anforderungen zu erfullen, bauen wir das Tooling aus, das unsere Software-Lieferkette sicher, nachvollziehbar und auditierbar halt.

  • Als Teil unseres DevOps-Teams in R&D ubernehmen Sie die Verantwortung fur unser CRA-Tooling - Blackduck, Sonatype Lifecycle und weitere - von der Einfuhrung uber den Betrieb bis hin zu Support und Schulung der Entwicklungsteams, die diese Werkzeuge nutzen. Dabei werden Sie vom gesamten DevOps-Team unterstutzt.
  • Daruber hinaus arbeiten Sie an unserer R&D-Plattform mit: Sie betreiben und verbessern Services auf unseren Kubernetes-Clustern, nutzen GitOps (ArgoCD) und GitHub Actions als Ruckgrat unserer Deployments, treiben Migrations- und Modernisierungsprojekte fur interne Dienste voran und stimmen sich dabei mit Stakeholdern in der weltweiten R&D-Organisation ab.
  • Sie automatisieren wiederkehrende Aufgaben mit Python (und mit der Zeit auch Go) - dabei nutzen Sie moderne KI-gestutzte Entwicklungs- und Tooling-Werkzeuge, um schneller und effizienter zu arbeiten. Sie debuggen quer durch den Stack - von der CI/CD-Pipeline uber Container bis zum Linux-Service - und arbeiten eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Deutschland, den USA, China und Japan zusammen.
  • Solide Linux-Grundlagen und Sicherheit auf der Kommandozeile
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Containern (Docker) sowie grundlegendes Verstandnis von Kubernetes - ausreichend, um Workloads zu deployen, zu inspizieren und Probleme zu beheben
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Git sowie einer Skriptsprache wie Python oder Bash
  • Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise und Freude daran zu verstehen, warum etwas nicht funktioniert-
  • Hohe Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich in neue Technologien und Themen einzuarbeiten und Verantwortung zu ubernehmen

  • Praktische Erfahrung im Betrieb von Kubernetes-Clustern, idealerweise inklusive Migrationen (z. B. Rancher Kubernetes)
  • Erfahrung mit GitOps-Workflows (ArgoCD) und CI/CD mit GitHub Actions
  • Kenntnisse in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
  • Erfahrung mit Go oder die Fahigkeit, altere Ruby-Skripte zu lesen
