Location: Portland, OR

Rate: 150k/Annum

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager (P.E.) to lead engineering activities for industrial and EPC projects. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering design and execution from concept through construction and commissioning.

Manage engineering scope, schedule, resources, and technical deliverables.

Coordinate mechanical, chemical/process, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and structural disciplines.

Review engineering designs, specifications, vendor documents, and construction plans.

Act as the technical point of contact for clients, vendors, contractors, and field teams.

Support project changes, cost evaluations, constructability reviews, and field troubleshooting.

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers.

PE stamp engineering documents within the licensed discipline.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

Active PE License in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

7–10+ years of relevant engineering experience.

Experience in EPC, industrial, manufacturing, or process-based projects.

Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Microsoft Office preferred.

Willingness to travel to project and construction sites as required.
