Job description

This role supports the efficiency and reliability of manufacturing operations by improving processes, layouts, and equipment at the plant level. You will work closely with production teams, suppliers, and engineers to ensure safe, costeffective, and scalable manufacturing systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and safety.
  2. Design and plan equipment layouts, workflows, and machine setups to optimize plant utilization.
  3. Analyze production data and conduct feasibility and cost studies for new or improved manufacturing solutions.
  4. Create and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality documentation.
  5. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, suppliers, and vendors to resolve production issues and support new materials or technologies.

Your Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
  3. Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and shopfloor operations.
  4. Experience using data and standard procedures to solve routine manufacturing problems.
  5. Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
