Job description

JDA Pest Control is seeking a part-time Pest Control Specialist to join a small team dedicated to managing pest issues in residential and commercial environments. The role involves identifying pest problems, applying treatments, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Identify types of pests and assess infestation levels
  • Apply appropriate chemical treatments using standard pest control tools
  • Maintain and inspect equipment for safety and functionality
  • Adhere to safety protocols and comply with relevant regulations
  • Interact professionally with customers to address concerns and explain treatment plans
  • Prepare detailed inspection and service reports
  • Handle chemicals responsibly following proper safety procedures
  • Occasional local travel to client sites

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in pest control
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills
