The Chef Partner leads the operation of the back of house/kitchen. This includes all facets of operations, back-of-the-house, in addition to managing BOH staff, inventory, & safety. The Chef Partner, along with the Managing Partner, is the face of Roy's in our communities and is a key position in delivering on the Roy's experience.
