As a General Manager, you’ll take ownership of your restaurant — the people, the performance, and everything in between. This is a hands-on role, not a position managed from the sidelines. You’ll lead from the front and are expected to know, perform, and coach every aspect of the Crew Member, Shift Manager, and Assistant Manager roles. From building a great team and developing future leaders to jumping on the grill during a rush, protecting food quality and safety, controlling costs, and delivering an awesome guest experience, you set the pace, raise the bar, and make sure your restaurant is ready to win every day.

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial result
  • Open availability, ability to work varying shifts every week
