We are in search of a motivated Estate/Probate Litigation Attorney who aligns with our vision and values. This is not an entry-level role. FAR FROM IT! The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise, sound judgment, and litigation skills to handle contested estate matters in probate and civil court settings. Preferably, the candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in Probate litigation, along with proficiency in legal research, writing, and courtroom practice.

Responsibilities
• You MUST be able to manage your cases from beginning to end.
• Must be able to delegate to and supervise the work of paralegals and assistants.
• Review and edit drafts of probate documents for formal and summary administrations, guardianships, and conservatorships.
• Draft substantive complaints, motions, oppositions, correspondence, and other pleadings for contested matters.
• Research various probate issues.
• Draft and respond to interrogatories, subpoenas, and document requests.
• Attend meetings and court hearings.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of Probate, Guardianship, and Adversarial Probate experience or enough to be COMPETENT, CONFIDENT, and mostly AUTONOMOUS in this role.
• You must be able to take a file from start to finish on your own.
• Must be a member of The Florida Bar.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• This is a full-time position with a base salary + quarterly performance bonuses.
