Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your existing Federal Government contacts and relationships for development and growth of existing key accounts
  • Bring new Federal accounts to Check Point
  • Creating, nurturing and closing new opportunities within these accounts
  • Strategic relationship management at all customer levels
  • Work successfully with existing Federal re-seller, FSI and distribution partners
  • Close collaboration with internal product specialists, marketing and channel manager
  • Deliver product and solutions presentations to all levels of the customer organization
  • Accurate forecasting and reporting using SalesForce/Clari
  • Able to thrive in a team environment as well as working individually
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Attend appropriate Federal trade shows to represent Check Point
  • Must be able to travel up to 50%

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Federal cybersecurity sales
  • Significant account familiarity and experience with multi-level contacts within US Department of Health and Human Services and the Public Health Service Commissioned Corps such as: National Institutes of Health (all institutes), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Indian Health Services (IHS) as well as other Federal healthcare accounts.
  • Additional non-healthcare civilian account experience is welcomed
  • Extensive experience working for a cybersecurity vendor or partner
  • Strong knowledge of existing and upcoming large Federal programs and contracts
  • Possession of in-depth knowledge of the Federal sales cycle and the FAR
  • Experience in developing responses to large Federal program RFP's
  • Proven track record of sales achievements and quota attainment
  • Strong customer and industry references

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $72,000 - $191,748.60. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
