Opportunity for impact

Newfire Global Partners, a leader in developing disruptive healthcare technology, collaborates with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups to drive transformation.

Newfire Global Partners is looking for a Marketing Manager who will serve as the operational and creative backbone of the marketing team, ensuring all content, campaigns, and brand outputs are delivered on time, on brand, and with a consistently high standard of quality. This is a commercially-minded role. Campaigns, assets and thought leadership initiatives are expected to move qualified prospects toward conversation, opportunity and booked revenue. This role bridges strategy and execution, supervising day-to-day team output while driving thought leadership initiatives that position Newfire as a credible authority across the high-impact industries we serve.
  • Campaign Oversight: Supervise the day-to-day creative and content output of the Newfire marketing team, reviewing AI-generated assets and ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards before distribution.
  • Demand Generation Support: Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns are built to generate qualified leads, feed nurture programs, and convert interest into sales conversations.
  • Thought Leadership: Drive the thought leadership pipeline by identifying timely industry topics, coordinating interviews with subject matter experts and guiding the development of high-value content assets.
  • Social Media Strategy: Own social media strategy and execution for Newfire, developing platform-specific content plans that grow audience engagement and reinforce brand positioning.
  • Cross-Team Communication: Act as the connective layer between the marketing team, ensuring information flows clearly and priorities remain aligned.
  • Quality Control: Serve as a key editorial checkpoint for campaign assets, reviewing content for tone, brand voice, accuracy and audience relevance before final approval.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track content and campaign engagement metrics, surfacing insights to the Sr. Director of Marketing and recommending adjustments to improve performance over time.
  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead, senior, or supervisory capacity, ideally within a marketing agency or embedded client services environment.
  • A demonstrated track record of running campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable pipeline.
  • Demonstrated experience managing content production workflows and overseeing creative output across multiple campaigns tied to bookings goals.
  • Strong content instincts with the ability to review and refine AI-generated copy, social assets and multimedia content for accuracy and impact.
  • Hands-on experience with social media strategy, including platform-specific content planning, scheduling and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with thought leadership development, including identifying trending topics, coordinating with subject matter experts and guiding long-form content from concept to publication, with a clear line of sight to how those assets create demand.
  • Comfort working alongside sales, understanding the buyer's journey, and building content and campaigns that support prospects from first touch through closed business.
  • Fluency with funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, etc.) and the ability to use them to prioritize resources.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and communicate proactively across teams.
  • Collaborative communicator who can bridge gaps between creative and digital initiatives without losing momentum.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience marketing within the healthcare, health tech or enterprise software industries.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise buyers.
  • Experience supporting sales enablement efforts.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content and design tools such as Jasper, Canva AI, or Invideo.
