GCT Chauffeured Services provides professional ground transportation. Building on the fundamentals of hospitality and privacy, we provide the ideal transportation experience for travelers, vacationers, and executives. The primary focus of each GCT employee is taking the stress of travel away from our clients and providing them with safety and security as we pay attention to every detail, no matter how large or small the job is.


POSITION SUMMARYK==

It is the primary responsibility of the Chauffeur to provide courteous & professional services to our clients. All duties are to be performed in accordance with company policies, practices and procedures.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Safety

  1. Provide safe, reliable and punctual transportation to every client, on every trip
  2. Maintain clean and safe vehicle between runs
  3. Maintain a clean MVR & background
  4. Maintain an up to date MedCard on you at all times if driving DOT regulated vehicles
  5. Complete pre trip and post trip inspections

Communication

  1. Communications with dispatch for all needs
  2. Conversations with clients is kept to a minimum unless engaged by client and relating all requests to dispatch
  3. Familiarity with popular locations to provide recommendations to clients when prompted

Operations

  1. Consistent punctuality
  2. Clear and consistent communication
  3. Research trip information prior to scheduled trip
  4. Provide services in accordance with training and specifications
  5. Fuel Vehicles
  6. Operate company used software and apps efficiently

Customer Service

  1. Anticipating and understanding customer needs & deliver the expected outcomes when allowed

Integrity

  1. Add value to, and assist with, reaching company goals by taking ownership in your position, and assisting with other responsibilities as needed
  2. Show Integrity and respect with all clients and coworkers


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  1. Ability to safely drive a full range of vehicles

  5. Geographical knowledge of the Charleston and surrounding areas, attractions, and history

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE

  1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  2. Experience: 1-3 years related experience preferred
  3. Experience: 1-3 years customer service experience preferred
