Job description

Position: Luxury Chauffeur / Executive Driver (1099 Independent Contractor)

Fast Ice Inc. is seeking experienced, professional, and customer-focused chauffeurs to provide luxury ground transportation services throughout Florida. Our chauffeurs transport corporate executives, VIPs, private aviation passengers, cruise travelers, hotel guests, and leisure clients while delivering a first-class experience on every trip.

This position offers guaranteed monthly compensation of $6,000, a company take-home vehicle, a fuel card, toll coverage, and a company car wash membership. Drivers are expected to remain on-call for up to sixteen (16) hours per scheduled workday and receive four (4) approved days off each calendar month.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport passengers to and from airports, cruise ports, hotels, corporate offices, private residences, and special events.
  • Deliver exceptional five-star customer service with professionalism, discretion, and courtesy.
  • Maintain constant communication with dispatch and promptly accept trip assignments.
  • Monitor airline arrivals and departures to ensure timely airport pickups.
  • Assist passengers with luggage and provide door-to-door service.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Keep the assigned vehicle clean, sanitized, fueled, and ready for service at all times.
  • Follow all company operating procedures, safety policies, and client service standards.
  • Maintain accurate trip records and complete required reports.
  • Report accidents, traffic violations, mechanical issues, customer concerns, or vehicle damage immediately.
  • Protect the confidentiality and privacy of all passengers, especially executive and VIP clients.
  • Represent Fast Ice Inc. with professionalism at all times.

Schedule & Compensation

  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Guaranteed Compensation: $6,000 per month
  • On-call availability: Up to 16 hours per scheduled workday
  • Days Off: Four (4) approved days per calendar month
  • Payment Date: 17th of each month for the previous month's services
