We are looking for a Store Manager at our Camrose Commons location in Camrose, Alberta. 
What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience
  • Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals
  • Own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning
  • Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised to Chatters’ standards
  • Build strong relationships with customer, creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences
  • Analyze performance metrics and take action to drive results and continuous improvement
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
  • Act as the primary leader on the floor, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact the business, customers, and team

What You Bring
  • Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience
  • Proven success leading teams, driving sales performance, and managing operations
  • Strong background in inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting
  • Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented leadership style
  • Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Salon experience is considered an asset
