As a key member of the Communications team, you will play a critical role in supporting the external messaging ecosystem, adapting customer communications, and ensuring the brand voice scales flawlessly. You will proactively track product and service development within complex cross-functional processes to keep all communications aligned with the latest milestones. This role demands top-tier copywriting skills, exceptional attention to detail, and robust project management capabilities, blending creative marketing writing with the operational rigor needed to build strong relationships across internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
**Responsibilities**
* Craft compelling and action-oriented B2C copy for diverse customer-facing channels, including emails, website updates, landing pages, and marketing initiatives.
* Develop and maintain essential customer support content, such as support agent scripts, customer-facing FAQs, help center articles, and chatbot knowledge bases.
* Drive localized communications strategies and emergency messaging as services expand into new markets, reacting swiftly to local events and operational changes.
* Proactively manage communication alignment with product evolution, tracking complex cross-functional processes and ticket pipelines to ensure all external messaging reflects the latest technical milestones.
* Oversee detailed project tracking and workflow management using tools to coordinate cross-functional communications.
* Foster cross-functional collaboration with operations, product, and marketing teams to bridge communication gaps and ensure consistent, clear, and simple external language.
* Contribute to establishing and maintaining brand voice standards by assisting in drafting internal brand voice documentation, self-serve copy guides, and strategic templates.
**Required Qualifications**
* 4-8 years of experience in B2C copywriting, product content design, or communications writing within the technology industry (in-house B2C tech experience is essential, agency experience is a plus).
* A strong portfolio showcasing clear, high-impact B2C writing that simplifies complex processes (e.g., email campaigns, localized launch materials, FAQs, support scripts, user instructions).
