The Indoor Golf Shop is a fast-growing leader in golf simulators, launch monitors, and premium golf accessories. We operate multiple brands, including InHome Golf and SIGPRO, and serve customers nationwide through e-commerce, wholesale, and custom installations.

Our mission is simple: help golfers bring the game home.

The Role

We are looking for a Customer Support amp; Sales Development Specialist to join our in-office team in Celina, TX.

This is a customer-focused role for someone who enjoys talking with people, learning products, solving problems, and building relationships.

You will be one of the first points of contact for customers who have questions about our golf simulator products. You will help customers understand our products, answer questions, assist with basic setup and troubleshooting, and connect customers with the appropriate sales team member when they are ready to make a purchase.

This position is also designed to provide an opportunity for career growth into Sales. As you develop your product knowledge, customer relationships, and understanding of our sales process, there may be opportunities to move into a sales-focused position.

What You’ll DoCustomer Support

  • Help customers understand our golf simulators, launch monitors, accessories, and other products.

  • Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service.
  • Follow up with customers when needed to make sure their questions or concerns are resolved.
Product amp; Sales Support
  • Learn our products, features, pricing, and applications.
  • Help customers understand which products may best fit their needs.
  • Recognize opportunities where a customer may need additional products or services.
  • Connect qualified customers with members of the Sales team.
  • Support the Sales team with customer follow-up and product information.
  • Learn our sales process and develop the skills needed for future advancement into a sales role.
Customer Experience
  • Build positive relationships with customers.

  • Work closely with Customer Support, Sales, and other departments to resolve customer needs.
