As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service skills are required. If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service, have excellent communication skills, and want to build a career as a BDC representative working with exciting new products, we look forward to talking with you!

Automotive BDC Representative Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of previous customer service / BDC/ call center experience is required
  • Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus
  • Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
  • Strong computer and CRM skills
  • Ability to learn and work within dealership systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Automotive experience is a plus but not required
