    Chevy Chase Acura is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in Bethesda, MD. In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their automotive needs, provide expert advice on our Acura vehicle lineup, and deliver exceptional sales service. Your ability to build lasting relationships and exceed sales targets will contribute to the ongoing success of our dealership.
    Responsibilities
    • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and options.
    • Explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly.
    • Manage the sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
    • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
    • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
    Requirements
    • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales role.

  • Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. To fill a need, create a desire, and trigger a sense of urgency in all prospects.
