The Role

From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule

  • D - Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & rotating Saturdays)


What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve production and safety goals
  • Coach, motivate and engage team members to assist in workforce development
  • Organize and lead shift and safety meetings
  • Establish work schedules and production sequences to meet production goals
  • Conduct performance evaluations in a timely manner
  • Confirm all lines are cleaned in accordance with BRC standards
  • Document all disciplinary actions resulting from policy/procedure violations
  • Verify the quality of all products by managing and overseeing quality checks
  • Ensure shift is staffed in its entirety and communicates with human resources
  • Analyze and complete overtime paperwork, records, performance charts, work orders, and production schedules to set production requirements, production estimates, and outputs

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Leadership Experience 

Compensation & Benefits 

Starting Salary: 

  • Wages ranging from $27.00 - $33.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
