Position Overview
Join our team office as a Jet Charter Sales Executive and play a key role in driving our sales growth. You'll manage the full sales cycle-from initial discovery to post-booking-ensuring every client enjoys a seamless experience. We're looking for a proactive, self-motivated professional with a passion for aviation, strong business development experience, and excellent communication skills. In this role, you'll have opportunities to grow through hands-on experience, mentorship, and ongoing training. The ideal candidate is positive, professional, and collaborative, eager to contribute to a dynamic team and make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • You will be the main point of contact to your list of clients. Customer requests will come in at varying hours. Jet Charter Sales Executives must remain available on-demand;
  • Generate new business leads through business development strategies, ie. networking, telephone and email communication, marketing campaigns, and other sales channels; 
  • Manage, negotiate and close customer inquiries for private jet charter use; 
  • Provide exemplary customer service and ensure a smooth booking and travel experience for clients;
  • Coordinate all details of your customer's charter flights, with the various parties involved; 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers; to deliver fast and reliable customer service to your clients;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, bookings, and sales data, and provide regular reports to management;
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and offerings;
  • Educate clients on the benefits of our private jet charter services.

What You Bring: 

  • Internal drive and determination to succeed; 
  • Outstanding written and oral communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Killer service skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers;
  • Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets;
