The Job:
As a Service Technician, you'll be part of our Product Services team working as a on-site employee. You'll get to:
  • Handle simple repairs to all portable electric and pneumatic tool, light construction equipment, & outdoor products.
  • Troubleshoot tool failure--fully or partially disassembling unit to examine components for wear/defects and replacing parts that are worn or defective.
  • Assist with maintenance of shop equipment and maintains clean and safe work environment.
  • Properly inspect tools and equipment for safe operation prior to use, returning tools in good condition to appropriate storage area after use.
  • Complete work orders using repair parts and labor to include pricing and pertinent customer information.
  • Manage inventory by ensuring accuracy with parts and accessories.
  • Other duties as assigned.
