Job description

Inkitt is building the Disney of the 21st Century, standing at the forefront of technology and entertainment. Leveraging AI and predictive algorithms, Inkitt discovers unknown stories and turns them into blockbuster hits, producing a new $1M ebook every 4 weeks and selling directly to consumers through its Galatea app. Inkitt has become the 11th most bestseller-generating publisher in the world, boasting a 40x higher hit-rate than traditional publishers. Recently raising a Series C and backed by some of the top VC's such as: Khosla, Kleiner Perkins, and NEA Ventures, our recent expansion into CandyJarTV is only the beginning of our journey to becoming the next-gen entertainment powerhouse.
What You'll Do:
  • Own portfolio ASO for Inkitt, Galatea, and CandyJarTV across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Define hypotheses, run experiments, and roll out wins by app and by market.
  • Optimize creative assets (screenshots, icons, feature graphics, app preview videos) to lift store conversion rate from impressions installs, per app and locale.
  • Run keyword optimization end-to-end: research, clustering, metadata (titles, subtitles, descriptions), and monitoring to grow keyword traffic and category rank.
  • Create personalized user journeys via Custom Product Pages (iOS) and Custom Store Listings (Play), routing paid and organic audiences with deep links/UTMs.
  • Work with the product team to design and optimize the reviews UX (prompt timing, targeting, reply ops) to drive higher average ratings and review volume.
  • Drive organic traffic via featuring by nurturing Apple/Google editorial relationships, pitching seasonal/promotional content, and ensuring assets are feature-ready.
  • Operate globally: Plan localization, market-specific messaging, right-to-left and character-limited layouts, geo-segmented testing, and seasonal/event-based campaigns.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution with creative, product, localization, data analytics, and support/community teams.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment with weekly/monthly updates by app and region: CVR, keyword rankings, category rank, ratings, featuring impact, and install lift by page/variant.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence across genres/markets and share insights to inform positioning and creativity.
What You'll Bring:
  • 4-6 years of experience in ASO or mobile growth; strong preference for B2C apps with meaningful install volume.
  • Proven success improving store conversion, keyword rankings, and average rating through structured experimentation.
  • Hands-on expertise with store creatives (briefing, specs, measurement) including screenshots, icons, preview videos, and feature graphics.
  • Deep keyword research & metadata experience, plus impact measurement and iteration cadence.
  • Experience building and routing to Custom Product Pages/Custom Store Listings with clean tracking.
  • Track record improving review UX and managing reply operations at scale.
  • Experience securing and maximizing store features through editorial relationships and high-quality promotional assets.
  • Global ASO experience: Localization workflows (including translation QA), market prioritization, geo-specific messaging, and per-locale testing/rollout.
  • Data-driven mindset: Comfortable with spreadsheets, A/B testing frameworks, and crisp hypothesis writing.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and project management across time zones.
  • Multi-language copywriting chops and familiarity with locale constraints (e.g., DE/FR)
  • Basic video/design skills to iterate quickly on assets.
  • Familiarity with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer) and SKAN nuances.
  • Experience with subscription funnels and pricing/plan messaging tests.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • Autonomous
  • Bring solutions instead of problems
  • Data driven
  • Quick to action
  • A high functioning workaholic
  • Looking for exponential career growth
