Candidate Roles and Responsibilities
Skills: • 3+ years of System validation testing experience involving mixed signals Electrical & Electronics products with 2+ years' experience into High Voltage/High Power products/systems like AC & DC Type EV Chargers
• Good knowledge of High Power AC-DC & DC-DC Conversion technologies
• Understanding of regulatory standards like IEC61851, SAE J1772, UL
• Good at understanding product requirements & defining test plan/test cases/test strategy, test fixtures
• Good knowledge of electrical safety & protection mechanisms
• Ability to read, understand and evaluate electrical & electronics design files
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills in the English language; must be fluent in English
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done with high quality
• Ability to multitask, managing large workloads and business demands
• An ideal candidate is detailed orientated and able to embrace a culture of quality
• Travel: 15 to 20 percent (NC, GA, MI,OH)

Execute validation testing of systems / products involving Low Voltage/Low Power High Voltage/High Power electronics
• Prepare validation test plans, test cases, define test strategy for systems/products
• Prepare Validation test setups
• Troubleshooting & debugging of operational/execution issues found during validation testing
• Preparing/customizing Test jigs for the validation setup
• Work with the R&D or manufacturing team to diagnose and resolve engineering issues.
Education: Bachelor's in electrical engineering / Electronics Engineering / Power Electronics
