Job description


First Hawaiian Bank currently has a great Teller opportunity at the University Branch that is robust with career growth and developmental opportunities.
Compensation:
The pay range for the role is $18.00 - $21.50/hr; commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
Responsibilities
As the face of First Hawaiian Bank in our branches, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Personal alignment with our core values - Caring, Character, and Collaboration
  • One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling
  • Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to positively engage with customers
  • Attention to detail, ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
  • Sales advisory skills to education customers on products and services
