What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Chaplain State?

To thrive as a Chaplain State, you typically need a degree in theology, divinity, or religious studies, along with ordination or endorsement from a recognized religious body. These skills are crucial for offering effective spiritual guidance and emotional support in challenging public service environments.
