Provide Transformative Spiritual Care
  • Support patients, residents, participants, families, and colleagues from diverse spiritual, cultural, and religious backgrounds

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in theology, religion, spiritual care, spirituality, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • At least 1 year of Spiritual Care experience, including CPE training (chaplaincy or health care ministry experience preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, shared-leadership environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems

Preferred Qualifications
  • Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) through APC, CASC, NACC, or NAJC
    • Includes a qualifying master's degree, 4 units (1,600 hours) of ACPE-accredited CPE
    • Faith-based endorsement from a recognized certifying body
