Manage and continuously improve the Partner onboarding process to ensure a consistent, efficient, and high-quality experience from day one

Lead and coordinate DEP (Data Enablement Plan) and CVA (Cyber Vendor Assurance) assessments to evaluate and optimize partner performance and alignment with company standards

Own Salesforce (SFDC) reporting for channel partner activities, maintaining accurate data and delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decisions

Design, coordinate, and deliver external and internal training programs to upskill channel partners and internal teams on processes, tools, and product updates

Plan and execute special projects that support the growth and operational excellence of the US Channel Partner program

Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the partner program lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing management

What you bring

5 or more years of experience in the employee benefits and/or benefits administration industry

Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform recommendations and drive action

Demonstrated track record of effective decision-making, taking ownership, and delivering results in cross-functional roles without formal authority

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Great-to-haves

Mid-level experience supporting Account Management, Product, Operations, and/or Go-to-Market (GTM) teams in a program or project management capacity

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from inception through execution and measurement

Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) for reporting and pipeline management

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000

Performance Bonus: 12%
