Job Description LRS is seeking a Public Sector Channel Development Manager. You will be responsible for expanding and supporting LRS' channel ecosystem across the federal, state, local government, and education markets. In this high-impact role, you will recruit, onboard, develop, and manage relationships with key channel partners, including value-added resellers, systems integrators, contract holders, dealers, and public sector solution providers.

Serving as the primary liaison between channel partners and the LRS sales organization, you will drive partner engagement, enablement, and joint go-to-market initiatives that increase market coverage, generate qualified pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth. You will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring new reseller and dealer partners while maximizing the performance of existing relationships through strategic business planning, sales alignment, and ongoing partner development. Working closely with sales, marketing, and product management teams, you will support strategic sales initiatives, and help partners effectively position and deliver LRS' industry-leading software solutions to Public Sector organizations.

Success in this role requires a combination of channel sales expertise, partner recruitment experience, and a strong understanding of public sector procurement and buying processes. Your Opportunity Execute a comprehensive channel development strategy to maximize market penetration with Public Sector focused Partners Identify, recruit, onboard and enable high-potential Partners, specifically targeting Public Sector markets Function as primary point of contact for Partners, ensure seamless communication & operational excellence Deliver insightful quarterly business reviews to the VP of Global Channel Sales and senior leadership Coordinate the negotiation of legal and commercial agreements for Partners Deliver precise quarterly and annual sales forecasts along with actionable strategic growth plans Strategically managing pricing contracts, ensure LRS solutions are prominently featured on Partner contracts Build and nurture robust engagement plans between Partners and LRS' sales team Champion partner success by driving sales enablement and technical certification programs Partners Partner with the LRS and Partner marketing teams to design and execute high-impact lead generation campaigns to fuel pipeline growth Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive enhancements to the LRS Partner Ecosystem What You'll Need 2-4 years of experience managing Federal Channel Partners in relation to technology sales Experience working with multi-tier channel models Experience working with both national and regional Channel partners Documented history of success Experience and comfort level working with executives Up to 25% domestic travel is a requirement of this position Preferred Qualifications Experience selling Enterprise Output Management, print management, document management, or related software solutions Existing network of Federal Channel Partner contacts within assigned territory Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics The ideal candidate is an initiative-taker who thrives on opening new doors, building relationships, and winning new business opportunities in a competitive marketplace. The EOM Division comprises 5 primary groups: North American Sales, EMEA and Asia-Pacific Sales, Global Channel Sales, EOM Services, and Product Development/Support. Each group has a primary Vice President who oversees that group, and each Vice President reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
