Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Channel Sales Executive acts as the primary contact for video solution selling initiatives with end-users across the assigned territory. In this role, you will proactively cultivate partner relationships and deploy field sales strategies to grow market presence and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Funnel Management
  • Develop new business relationships with end customers, driving revenue growth that is fulfilled through our trusted partner channel.
  • Prospect daily across named accounts and territory targets using all available intelligence and sales toolsets.
  • Create, manage, and maintain a healthy sales funnel, ensuring accurate records in CRM to support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting.

Solution Delivery & Relationship Building
  • Lead video and analytics solution development efforts to address specific end-user needs while coordinating key company and partner resources.
  • Attain "Trusted Advisor" status with end customers and Channel Partners to drive long-term system adoption and business development.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and manage local promotional work to track and advance territory sales activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Field Execution
  • Work alongside vertical marketing teams to identify engagement opportunities through professional associations, regional conferences, and tradeshows.
  • Promote and market our complete portfolio of video security products and services across assigned territory accounts.
  • Execute strategic field engagement actions to help ensure territory project quotas and revenue targets are consistently met.

Job Requirements
Technical Expertise
  • Technical Acumen to present, explain, and demonstrate complex video solutions and software at a high level.
  • CRM Management to accurately record activity, track end-user engagement, and maintain pipeline integrity.
  • Application Proficiency to utilize Microsoft Apps and Google Workspace tools (specifically Excel/Sheets) for pipeline tracking and analysis.

Professional Experience
  • Channel Strategy Execution to proactively manage partner relationships and align joint sales initiatives.
  • Revenue Forecasting to accurately project weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue streams.
  • Account Development to cultivate collaborative client relationships and drive new account growth.
  • Presentation Skills to deliver compelling solution demonstrations to client and partner leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Physical security solutions experience.
  • Established client base within the assigned territory.

Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
