Job description

Role: Senior Advisor of Plan Solutions

Location: Hybrid, Flexible work options available
Reports To: Director of the FA Channel
Job Type: Full-time

The Senior Advisor of Plan Solutions is responsible for driving sales, asset growth, within the Financial Advisor channel. This role oversees daily sales activity, pipeline management, territory alignment, and strategic coordination with external plan sponsors around retirement plan set up, plan types, and escalations. The senior advisor will implement sales strategies and ensure strong execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Set activity expectations, sales targets, and performance goals; monitor results and provide regular feedback.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • 5% traveling when needed from the National Account Manager (NAM), Regional Relationship Manager and during National/Regional Advisor and Retirement conferences.
  • Coordinate training for new product launches, regulatory changes, and retirement industry trends.
  • Being able to demo the platform and highlighting the additional tools and capabilities
  • Team based environment in making sure for optimal collaboration, KPIs and hitting monthly and quarterly numbers.
  • Being able to use, leverage CRM tools to create reports, analysis and show trends to the CRO.
  • Work closely with the Relationship Management team, the National Account Manager and Channel Manager to drive proper expectations.
  • Track and report key performance indicators including call activities, pipeline metrics, asset flows, conversion rates, and partner engagements.

  • Prior start-up experience
  • Financial and/or Retirement designations (AIF, CFP, QKA, CPRC, QKC)
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
  • High energy, proactive mindset, and results orientation.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Attend conferences and partner events when needed.
  • Must have deep knowledge of the retirement space and the HCM and FA channel.
  • 5-10 years of retirement and advisory experience
