  • As an Organizational Change consultant you are a member of PNC’s Central Change Management team and will be responsible for executing OCM activities on the highest complexity programs/ projects/activities, including enterprise-wide/cross LOB efforts, or where risks associated with non-adoption are highest. Additionally, you may lead pre-project strategy activities to assist the LOBs in determining approach to resolve needs where next steps are not clear. The number of assignments will vary based on complexity, duration, and LOB need. The Org Change Consultant assists the OCM Manager through mentorship of others on the team, OOO coverage, OCM Intake assessment, team strategy, and other activities as needed.

  • You will require strong facilitation, communication, organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.  You will use a variety of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile and hybrid) and systems to complete projects according to governance and operating standards.  PowerPoint experience is preferred for presentations.

    Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading most complex OCM workstreams & activities, including those associated with Pre-project Strategy, as well as SIIs, MRAs, etc.  May serve as project manager for wholly owned Business Readiness efforts (where a traditional PM is not assigned)

  • Executing Resource Identification Activities with PM and LOB Sponsors

  • Leading Stakeholder Impact Analysis Activities to define the business impacts of the upcoming changes.

  • Developing & Executing Business Readiness Plans, inclusive of deliverables, timelines, resources, and overall approach

  • Leading creation of learning/ communication/ support documentation, including adoption surveys and other measurement tools

  • Mentoring team members, leading by example, and providing managerial support when needed.

  • Manages planning, execution and control of Organizational Change (Org Chg) projects. Provides products and services to clients per approved engagement deliverable, schedule, cost and quality commitments.

  • Helps determine client's Org Chg issues and required deliverables. Defines and manages resource needs and allocations. Ensures availability of resources.

  • Develops Org Chg work / resource / quality plans, schedules and budgets. Conducts project meetings. Responsible for project tracking, analysis and management.

  • Participates in preparing RFPs and SLAs. Helps manage client's Org Chg expectations, satisfaction and adherence to contract agreement.

  • Monitors Org Chg project progress and results delivery. Addresses and resolves project and client problems.
