Solette Seattle is seeking an experienced, guest-focused Bartender to join our elevated rooftop team. This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in exceptional service.

Solette Seattle is a rooftop oasis atop Level South Lake Union, continuing the Solette story with a focus on creative cocktails, live music, and innovative cuisine for a community of tastemakers. Join us to bring lifestyle-driven hospitality to new heights with a dedicated, collaborative team in a vibrant, city-facing setting. Scheduled to open in of Spring 2026.

What Will You Do?
  • Craft and serve creative cocktails, wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Deliver warm, professional, guest-centric service from arrival to close
  • Take orders, upsell with confidence, and manage POS transactions accurately
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and inventory control
  • Follow responsible alcohol service standards and all safety regulations

What You Bring?
  • Minimum 3+ years bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale setting
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Confident communicator with a hospitality-first mindset
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work evenings/weekends
