Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking Secretary III to support EOIR/BIA in Falls Church, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
a. Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and databases
b. Scan, copy, and upload documents to ensure proper electronic recordkeeping
c. Prepare and assemble documents, including organizing, routing, and mailing documents as needed
d. Conduct quality control reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
e. Enter and update document information in internal systems
f. Maintain organized physical and electronic files in accordance with office procedures
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
a. Excellent communication
b. Ability to speak Spanish
c. Strong Analytical and Deductive Reasoning
d. Intermediate/Advanced MS Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
e. Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship and an ability to obtain an MRPT clearance is required.
Hourly Rate: $25.24/hour
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
