CFE Architects, a leading multifamily, hi-rise residential architecture firm in Miami Lakes, FL, is seeking an experienced Revit/CAD Draftsman to assist with detailed drawing production for select projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to produce coordinated drawing sets with minimal supervision
  • Ability to transform schematic design drawings using Revit or CAD into construction documents
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines on design changes
  • Familiarity with building design principles and industry standards
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers on projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creativity and artistic ability
Education and/or Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with demonstrated REVIT proficiency
  • REVIT Architecture User Certification desirable
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with CAD
