Internal Auditor – Bergen County, NJ

Seeking an experienced Internal Auditor with a manufacturing background to conduct financial and operational audits across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute ~10 audits annually.
  • Assess risks, internal controls, and business processes.
  • Document findings and present recommendations to management.
  • Assist with audit planning, reporting, and quality initiatives.
  • Serve as Lead Auditor on a rotating basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 5+ years of internal audit experience in manufacturing + Big 4 external audit experience.
  • CIA (or willingness to obtain); CPA/CISA/CFE/ACCA preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish a MUST
  • Strong Excel skills; SAP and data analytics/AI experience preferred.
  • Willing to travel 50% across the Americas.
