Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information, including 13-week cash flow projections Coordinate and perform detailed business due diligence Execute engagements and manage day-today processes and maintain strict deadlines Organize and prepare forecasts, financial statements, management presentations and other deliverables as required Prepare and maintain complex financial models Assist in the marketing and planning of engagements Build relationships and maintain contact with clients, prospective clients and professional advisors Performs other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Charted Financial Accountant (CFA) (or equivalent), or technical/GAAP accounting expertise 4+ years of financial advisory and/or corporate restructuring experience Prior experience in mergers and acquisitions and related financial advisory services Preferred Qualifications Graduate Degree Operational Accountant preferred The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge and practical experience with accounting and corporate finance Deep analytical capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills Be motivated, creative, outgoing with a strong work ethic Possess strong skills in financial analysis Willingness to travel (25-50%) Must be authorized to work in the United States – E-Verify Employer Ability to pass an FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigations) background check with fingerprinting to be associated with the broker dealer Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type.

Compensation

Range $150,000-$165,000 annual base salary The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
