Colonial Pipeline is the largest refined products pipeline in the United States, transporting more than 100 million gallons or 2.5 million barrels per day. About the Corporate Development Associate Position
The Corporate Development Associate supports high-impact corporate development and strategic initiatives across the enterprise. This role is designed for professionals transitioning from investment banking into a corporate strategy and development environment while continuing to apply rigorous financial, analytical, and transaction skillsets.
In this role, you will move from advisory execution to principal-side ownership of analysis, gaining direct exposure to strategic decision-making, long-term value creation, and operational outcomes. You will play a critical role in executing complex initiatives such as M&A transactions, asset evaluations, and internal optimization efforts, while partnering closely with senior leadership.
