Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Contractor | Home Health

We’re a clinician-owned pediatric home health company built by SLPs who care deeply about empowering families and providing high-quality, relationship-centered care. We’re a small, supportive team that believes great therapy happens when clinicians are trusted, supported, and given autonomy.

We’re seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a designated area of town to minimize drive time and support work-life balance.

Position Details:

  • Contractor (1099) pediatric home health position

  • Pay: $70–$100/hour (based on experience and specialty skills)

  • Opportunity for 10–35+ visits per week

  • Caseload concentrated in one part of town

Preferred Experience (not required):

  • Pediatric feeding

  • AAC / Speech Generating Devices (SGD)

  • Early intervention and caregiver coaching

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Current state license (or eligibility)

  • ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs welcome

  • Reliable transportation
