Salary range $130,0000-$150,000
YOUR ROLE
Your primary purpose is to develop and strengthen CEVA's business relationships with strategic Automotive customers in North America. You will align business and financial commitments, as well as company resources, to ensure customer success and long-term growth.
Key areas of focus include:
  • Customer Growth: Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities while ensuring operational excellence
  • Customer Retention: Safeguard and maintain existing business across all geographies
  • Customer Relationships: Build and expand senior-level relationships across regions and business units
  • Negotiations: Lead and coordinate contract negotiations and major commercial opportunities

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Account Management
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, BD leaders) to ensure alignment and execution
  • Ensure consistency of the CEVA customer experience globally
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans, including growth targets and relationship management
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and executive briefings, including to senior leadership

Customer Retention
  • Develop and execute strategies to retain existing business and achieve high customer confidence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships at C-level and across all relevant customer levels
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues in collaboration with CEVA leadership

Growth
  • Own and drive account growth through comprehensive development plans
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities from concept to contract
  • Collaborate with Product Leaders to deliver integrated solutions
  • Lead complex negotiations in compliance with legal and regional requirements
  • Manage investment proposals, business cases (ICAP), and ROI evaluations

Sector and Supply Chain Expertise
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in the Automotive sector and supply chain strategies
  • Apply a consultative approach with a strong solutions-oriented mindset
  • Support customers with strategic insights and execution excellence

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Strong experience in logistics and multinational environments
  • 10+ years of experience in international supply chain and logistics
  • 5+ years in key account leadership roles
  • Proven experience in commercial negotiations
  • Experience managing global networks and virtual teams
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, supply chain, and global commerce
  • Advanced negotiation and analytical skills
  • Strong stakeholder management at executive level
  • High level of cultural awareness and international exposure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
