Description
$20.00/hour starting base pay
Monday-Thursday 6:00AM to 4:30PM. Overtime on Fridays as needed

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:To fabricate parts using a variety of metal fabrication machines in a manner that is timely, qualitative, efficient, and safe.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
  1. Operates fabrication equipment and machinery according to work instructions.
  2. Ensures high quality of each part fabricated.
  3. Sets up assigned machinery and performs daily cleaning tasks on and near machine.
  4. Works on different machines based on production goal needs.
  5. Reviews Tier 1 board containing daily goals and number of units produced. Works toward group goals and schedule attainment.
  6. Complies with Company and department safety and work practice policies and procedures as applicable.
  7. Maintains a positive attitude and work in manner that promotes a safe working environment.
  8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  9. Keeps supervisor informed of important developments, potential problems and related information necessary for effective management. Coordinates and communicates plans and activities with others, as appropriate to ensure a coordinated work effort and team approach.
  10. Performs all other duties as apparent or assigned.
