Description -
Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing internal IT solutions consulting to ensure optimal outcomes for different lines of business. The role leads the team through the entire solutions development & delivery life cycle, including requirements capturing, feasibility assessment of solution development, and successful solution implementation. The role defines and tracks IT goals & targets during the annual IT budgeting process and provides technical thought leadership in developing IT Solutions. The role sets the KPIs, goals & vision for the team, and manages the overall performance management of the IT Solutions team.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for business engagement influencing senior level management on overall technology strategies and long range technology roadmaps and portfolios.
  • Resolves most complex technical issues that arise during testing and serves as the absolute point of technical resolution for responsible assets.
  • Responsible for design and development of applications, system performance tuning, certification and integration of software packages and large system integrations.
  • Ensures team meets relevant IT metrics and commitments per IT business goals and objectives.
  • Drives effective management of programs and initiatives; ensures issue identification and prioritization and escalation management.
  • Applies mastery level subject matter knowledge and multiple resourcing strategies to manage staff activities in solving most complex technical issues.
  • Drives workforce plans, performance planning and review as well as talent management with emphasis on development of advanced technical skills and capabilities.
  • Exerts influence horizontally and vertically in the organization; demonstrates business acumen and applies it for effective business engagement with customers and third parties.
  • Drives change management beyond the immediate team and for the business unit; takes ownership of the IT strategy.
  • Understands, articulates, and optimizes application and technical capabilities for use by multiple IT constituents.

Education & Experience Recommended
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in computer programming languages, testing tools, or a related field.

Pay & Benefits
The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
