Job description

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and personable Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our growing team. In this role, youโ€™ll use your clinical expertise and artistic eye to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals through non-surgical cosmetic treatments. This is a Full-Time or Part-Time Contract position offering competitive, industry-leading compensation in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxin (Botox, Daxxify, Dysport), and dermal filler injections (RHA and Juverderm) for new and existing patients
  • Conduct thorough consultations, assess patient needs, and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Educate and cross-sell appropriate treatments, including laser services, skin rejuvenation, and other non-invasive procedures based on patient goals and skin concerns
  • Provide detailed education on procedures, aftercare, and recommended treatment packages
  • Document all consultations, treatments, and follow-ups in EMR systems
  • Monitor patient outcomes and follow up as needed to ensure high satisfaction and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the medical director and team members as required
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technology, and industry trends
  • Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and professional patient experience
  • Keep a well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance that reflects the standards of an aesthetic environment

Qualifications:

  • Licensed RN, NP, or PA with appropriate certifications (Botox and dermal fillers)
  • Previous experience in aesthetic injectables, Collagen stimulators (Sculptra), and fat dissolvers (Kybella)
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and cosmetic injectable protocols
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and guide patients toward comprehensive treatment plans, including laser services and other skincare solutions
  • Proficient with EMR systems and client management tools
  • A natural ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Aesthetic eye, attention to detail, and a passion for helping patients look and feel their best
  • Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in discussing and recommending full treatment plans

Bonus(Not Required): Experience with cosmetic laser treatments (IPL, microneedling, laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing) is a plus.
