Job description

As an imaging service technician, your ability to repair and maintain advanced imaging equipment,  will provide a positive experience for patients. The Imaging Service Technician III provides and documents installation, inspection, calibration, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced imaging equipment. 


EDUCATION:

Associate’s degree or equivalent in biomedical or electronics technology from college or technical school, and/or equivalent training and experience required.

EXPERIENCE:

Four years imaging equipment service experience required.  Radiology Equipment Specialist Certification (CRES) may substitute for one year of required experience.

Healthcare experience preferred.

SKILLS:

Effective English communication skills (both verbally and in writing).

Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.

Advanced knowledge of imaging equipment.

Current, valid applicable driver’s license and a driving record that meets insurance carrier requirements.

Certified Radiology Equipment Specialist (CRES); Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET); or Certified Laboratory Equipment Specialist (CLES) preferred.


USD $46.81 - USD $66.94 /Hr.
