Position Description: About the Role: The Grill Master is the heartbeat of the kitchen, responsible for running the grill station and setting the pace of service. This role ensures orders move quickly and accurately while meeting brand standards for quality, portioning, temperature, and presentation.
As a hands-on leader, the Grill Master maintains control of the grill station during peak service, keeps the line organized, and supports the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This fast-paced role requires focus, efficiency, strong communication, and operational awareness to ensure every guest receives consistently high-quality food.
The Grill Master leads the kitchen during shifts, trains and supports team members, and works closely with Shift Supervisors and management to keep service running smoothly in a positive, efficient kitchen environment.
