Job description

  • Lead construction planning, estimating, and contract management activities
  • Support QA/QC staffing, cost control, schedule management, and project reporting
  • Participate in contractor qualification, selection, and contracting strategy
  • Review contractor schedules, execution plans, and change requests
  • Manage construction progress tracking and project closeout activities
  • Audit inspection processes and documentation
  • Identify and proactively resolve project risks and claims
  • Provide field leadership to inspection and construction teams
  • Champion a strong safety culture throughout project execution
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 8 years of related construction experience
  • Minimum 5 years supporting large capital projects ($50M+)
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in varying weather and construction environments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, stand, walk, and work at heights as needed
  • Up to 75% travel required
