What The Position is About:

• Run the day-to-day operations of the business
• Oversee leaders across sales, marketing, production, and office operations
• Drive revenue growth and EBITDA/profitability growth
• Work closely with the owner to execute company strategy
• Build trust with existing leaders as the reporting structure evolves

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Proven leadership experience in home improvement, exterior remodeling, home services, or a related industry
• Strong P&L understanding and financial accountability
• Experience leading multiple departments or business functions
• Operations or production leadership experience is preferred
• Ability to drive revenue growth and profitability growth
• Experience helping scale a company, branch, or division
• Strong systems and process improvement mindset
• Ability to work closely with an owner/visionary and execute the company’s plan
• Strong emotional maturity and ability to lead through change
